Acceptable Use
Use the material to understand a personal court question, help a relative locate the right office, or learn how public warrant records are organized. Do not use the site to harass, threaten, locate, approach, or take action against another person. Do not treat a partial list as permission to act.
No Official Search Promise
The site does not operate the Logan County Court Clerk, District Court, Sheriff's Office, OSCN, or any city court. It cannot confirm that a warrant exists, has been recalled, or has been served. The official Most Wanted page is a curated list with its own warnings. The issuing court or agency remains the source of current status.
Links and Vendors
External links lead to county, city, state, federal, Census, and court resources. A linked office may change its page, phone, fee, hours, or access rule. Sponsored search tools are provided by outside vendors. Their services, pricing, accounts, results, and privacy terms are theirs, not Logan County Warrant Records' responsibility.
Accuracy and Changes
Public information can change before a page is refreshed. OSCN expands its archive, sheriff lists update routinely, city pages use dynamic tools, and court status may change after an action. Verify the Court Clerk, sheriff, or municipal court before relying on a case detail, address, fee, or date.
These terms may change when the site, content, or tools change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
Records and Oklahoma Law
Access explanations are based on the Oklahoma Open Records Act, including 51 O.S. ยง 24A.5, and related access rules. A law or court exception can limit a file. Juvenile, sealed, adoption, guardianship, active-investigation, and other restricted material may not be released.
Legal and Financial Boundaries
Nothing on the site creates an attorney-client relationship, a court filing, a bond arrangement, or an agreement with a sheriff or city. Do not send a payment, surrender, or legal document to this site. Consult a licensed attorney for advice about an active warrant or the right response.
When the site and an official record differ, use the official court or law-enforcement record and ask that office to explain the difference.
